核桃青皮水提液对小麦和三叶草的化感作用研究

摘    要:利用核桃青皮水提液对小麦和三叶草的生物活性进行测定,结果表明:(1)核桃青皮水提液中含有植物生长抑制物质,抑制率随水提液浓度的增大而增强.(2)不同水提方式直接影响提取液的生物活性.在相同浓度条件下,对植物生长的抑制率次序是:鲜样热提液>鲜样冷提液>干样热提液>干样冷提液,鲜样热提液和干样冷提液的生物活性差异显著,采用鲜样热水提取的方式较适宜.(3)核桃青皮化感物质对不同受体的抑制作用不同,对三叶草的抑制率高于小麦.

Abstract:Different methods were used to extract the green walnut husk with water.The tested bioactivity of the extracts demonstrate that:(1) There exist inhibitive substances for plant growth in the extracts,and inhibition rate increased with the increase of the concentration of the extracts;(2) The extraction methods imposed direct influence on the bioactivity of the extracts,with the same concentration of extracts,the inhibition rates of the hydreous extracts were in the order of fresh sample(extracted by hot water> fresh sample(cold water)>dried sample(hot water)>dried sample(cold water);(3) The allelochemicals in green walnut husk have different inhibitions on different tested materials.The inhibition rate on the growth of clover seedlings was higher than that on wheat seedlings.
