| 摘 要： | 试验组和对照组分别选择育肥期肉牛15和16头，试验组日粮中以每千克体重20mg剂量添加半胱胺。结果表明，使用半胱胺的前24d对育肥期公牛增重明显，对阉牛不明显；在以后的12d中对公牛和阉牛的促增重效果均不明显；日粮采食量明显差别，半胱胺使育肥公牛的血清甲状腺素水平显著上升且生长激素保持较高水平。

| Abstract: | and 16 beef cattle were assigned to experimental group and control group to carry out a feeding trial by adding 20 mg/kgBW cysteamine in the ration of the experimental group only. The results showed that cysteamine could significantly increase the weight gain of bulls but not significantly for steers in the first 24 days, and had little effects on gain for both bulls and steers in the late 12 days. It seems that cysteamine did not influence the ration intake. Cysteamine could significantly increase the serum level of T 4 and keep the serum GH in higher level for fattening bulls. |
