小城镇可持续发展评价指标体系研究

小城镇可持续发展是小城镇发展的重要理论问题,也是小城镇健康发展乃至农村经济和社会发展的大问题。为评价和研究小城镇的可持续发展能力,促使小城镇健康发展,笔者对如何评价小城镇的可持续发展进行了研究和探讨。主要是对小城镇可持续发展评价指标体系建立的必要性,在建立评价指标体系时应该树立的基本理念以及应遵循的基本原则,并从体现小城镇可持续发展能力的三个方面———成长潜力、创新能力、环保能力出发,尝试构建小城镇可持续发展评价指标体系的基本框架。

Study on Indicators of Evaluating Sustainable Development in Small-sized Towns

Sustainable development in small-sized towns is an important issue for agricultural economy and social development. To assess the level of construction and the competence of sustainable development in small-sized towns, the article discusses the necessity of establishing indicators based sustainable development, the basic ideas of setting up, and the principles of being followed, and tries to construct the frame of indictors from growing potency, innovating power and environment protection.
