摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定肉及其制品中苯并(α)芘的分析方法。样品以环己烷为萃取剂,经过多次液—液分配净化。采用Waters-XTerraTMRP18(5μm,4.6mm×150mm)分离,以乙腈和水为流动相(体积比为92:8),荧光检测器检测。在3个添加水平下,苯并(α)芘的回收率为83.3%~101.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.4%~13.0%。该方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.05μg/kg和0.2μg/kg。灵敏度高,检出限低,可以满足食品检测标准的要求。

Determination of Benzopyrene in Meat and Meat Product by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for the determination of benzene in meat and meat product.The Benzopyrene was extraction with cyclohexane,and cleaned-up by liquid-liquid distribution.The separation was Waters-XTerraTM RP18(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),the mobile phase were acetonitrile 92% and water 8%,the detection was performed by a fluorescence detector.The recoveries at three levels were 83.3%~101.1% with relative standard deviations(RSD) were 4.4%~13.0%.The limits of detection and limits of quantification were 0.05 μg/kg and 0.2 μg/kg.The requirements for the food detection standard were satisfied by the sensitivity and detection limit.
