| 摘 要： | 简要总结我校的后勤社会化进程，指出存在的问题，提出如下对策：明确产权关系，建立企业法人制，适度放开部分后勤市场，深化人事制度改革，加强人才培训，规范服务合同管理等。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the process of the service socialization in SCUTA, points out some problems, and proposes the following countermeasures for furthering the reformation of service socialization in our university: clarifying the relationship between property and ownership; establishing the system of enterprise juridical persons; appropriately opening service markets; deepening the reformation of personnel system,; training talents and regulating the management of service contracts. |
