摘    要:目的]在利用紫外光谱法对橄榄品种鉴定的基础上,对泸州合江产的橄榄酒进行了紫外-可见光谱法分析,希望能够有效鉴定所分析的橄榄酒,进而对其质量进行评价,从而为泸州橄榄酒的质量控制奠定基础。方法]以自制橄榄酒和青果无水乙醇、丙酮提取液的紫外光谱为对比,采用无水乙醇作溶剂,分别把3种橄榄酒适当稀释并且定容,用紫外光谱法分别在波长为190~1000 nm和190~400nm范围测定。结果]自制橄榄酒和3种橄榄酒紫外、可见吸收峰的数目、形状、强度和位置有所不同。结论]利用紫外光谱法可准确鉴别3种橄榄酒。

Identification of the Tree Olive Wines in Luzhou by the UV-Vis Spectrum and Its Quality Evaluation
Abstract:Objective] By the UV spectrum identification method of olive,3 olive wines from Luzhou were studied using UV-visible spectrophotometry.Their qualities were evaluated by effective identification of olive wine,which laid the foundation for quality control of Fructus canarii wine.Method] The self-made olive wine and the ethanol(or acetone) extract of olive were observed to contrast and analyze by the UV spectrum.After diluting and constanting volume of the 3 kinds of wines using anhydrous alcohol and acetone as solution,the determination range by the UV spectrum was limited in the wavelength region,190-1 000 nm and 190-400 nm.Result] The number,shape,intensity and position of UV-Vis spectra of the self-made olive wine and the 3 olive wines were all different.Conclusion] The 3 olive wines can be identified accurately by UV spectrum.
