| 摘 要： | 产业结构的调整与优化升级是当前我国经济发展过程中面临的重大问题。分析了地处粤东山区的梅州市的产业结构现状,并就1997~2006年间的产业结构进行了灰色关联分析,提出了全市产业结构优化与土地资源优化配置的措施,即以结构调整为主线,推动产业结构优化升级、加强土地整理、加快土地置换、发挥市场对资源配置作用的同时,加强政府的宏观调控、积极推进"双优化"工程。

Study on the Industrial Structure Optimization and the Allocation of Land Resources in Meizhou City |

| Abstract: | The adjustment,optimization and upgrade of the industrial structure is a vital problem in the process of economy development in China nowadays.The actuality of industrial structure in Meizhou City located in the eastern mountain areas of Guangdong was analyzed.The grey correlation analysis was made on the industrial structure during 1997-2006.And some measures for the industrial structure optimization and land resources optimization and collocation in the whole city were put forward as follows: taking the structural adjustment as the main clue,promoting the optimization and upgrade of the industrial structure,enhancing the land arrangement,accelerating land replacement and playing the resource allocation role of markets,strengthening the macroeconomic regulation of the government and promoting the 'double-optimization' engineering actively. |
