中药免疫增强剂在猪瘟疫苗免疫中的免疫调节作用的研究

通过对断奶仔猪投服不同剂量的中药免疫增强剂,研究其对猪瘟疫苗接种猪免疫调节作用的影响.结果表明,试验组在注射猪瘟疫苗同时,以1%的中药免疫增强剂混饲,试验组猪瘟血清抗体效价明显高于对照组,差异显著（P＜0.05）;接种疫苗后15、45 d,试验组T淋巴细胞百分率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.表明猪只在接种猪瘟疫苗的同时服用中药免疫增强剂,能显著增强猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果,促进T淋巴细胞的增殖,增强其免疫力.

Study on the immunoregulating effect of TCM immunopotentiator on swine fever vaccine in pigs

Different doses of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) immunopotentiator were orally administered to piglets to study its immunoregulating effect on swine fever vaccine. The result was as follows. The antibody titer in test group, in which the piglets were injected of swine fever vaccine and fed orally with 1 percent of TCM immunopotentiator meanwhile, were markedly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and so did the percentage of T lymphocytes on day 15 and 45 post-vaccination. These suggested that the TCM immunopotentiator could markedly enhance the immune effect of swine fever vaccine, promote immune function and proliferation of T lymphocyte of swine when they were injected of swine fever vaccine and taken orally TCM immunopotentiator simultaneously.
