吲哚3-丁酸诱导马铃薯脱毒试管苗生根研究

摘    要:通过设置2个浓度的吲哚3-丁酸,加入常规的MS培养基中,与常规的MS培养基做对比试验.探讨吲哚3-丁酸对马铃薯脱毒试管苗生根的影响及最佳使用浓度.结果表明0.01mg/L和0.1mg/L的吲哚3-丁酸都能有效地促进脱毒组培苗的生根及植株的生长,其中0.01mg/L的浓度对促进植株的生长上有更好的效果,0.1mg/L浓度的对植株的生长有更好的促进作用.此试验为进一步探讨吲哚3-丁酸在马铃薯脱毒苗上的促生根的应用打下基础.

Research on Indole-3-Butyric Acid Inducing Rootage of Virus-Free Tube Potato Plantlets

Abstract:Routine media MS with tow concentrations of indole-3-butyric acid were used to study the effect of indole-3-butyric acid on rootage of virus-free tube potato plantlets,and discuss the optimal usage concentration of indole-3-butyric acid. The results showed that rootage and growth of virus-free potato plantlets were effectively promoted by 0.01mg/L and 0.1mg/L indole-3-butyric acid,plant growth was better effectively promoted by 0.01mg/L indole-3-butyric acid.This experiment provides a basis for further study on application of indole-3-butyric acid in rooting promotion of virus-free potato plantlets.
