摘    要:利用高效液相色谱法比较研究了水相中阴、阳、非表面活性剂和环境友好的有机溶剂乳酸乙酯对芘溶解度的影响。结果发现,表面活性剂的增溶效果比乳酸乙酯强。为了确定能否用配体和有机溶剂同时修复土壤复合污染,还研究了有机溶剂跟配体共同作用对芘溶解效果的影响,结果在乳酸乙酯体系中加入EDDS、EDTA、NTA配体增加了芘的增溶效果。结合已有研究表明的乳酸乙酯可以增加配体对重金属的洗脱效率的结论,理论上在配体中加入有机溶剂可以对土壤进行复合修复。通过在模拟污染土壤中研究各种不同组合对重金属和有机物的共同洗脱效果发现,乳酸乙酯跟配体的组合对土壤复合修复达到了相当好的效果,由此可为土壤复合污染提供一个生态安全的修复途径。

Abstract:In China, most of the polluted soil belongs to the mixed contamination with organic pollutants and heavy metals together but not the single contamination with organic pollutants or heavy metals alone. The method of HPLC was used in studying the effect of surfactant on water solubility of pyrene in water. It was proved that surfactants were more powerful in enhancing the solubility of pyrene in water than ethyl lactate. In order to clarify whether the combination of ligand and organic resolvent can simultaneously remediate the compound polluted soil, the change of solubility by adding different quantities of ligands in organic resolvent system was researched. The result showed that adding organic iigands, such as EDDS, EDTA, NTA, into ethyl lactate system enhanced the solubility of pyrene in a great extent, nearly the same as the effect of surfactants. Since it had been found that the existence of ethyl lactate in ligand system could increase the adsorptive capacity of Pb in soil, theoretically the combination of ligand and organic resolvent could remediate the soil polluted with organic pyrene and heavy metal Pb together. And thus in red soil, the simulation experiment was conducted to find out the effect of remediation by different combinations of organic and ligand resolvent, and the results indicated that the combination of ethyl lactate and ligand EDDS had better remediation effect for the compound polluted soil than the others, providing a ecologically safe and economical way to remediate the compound polluted soil with single-technology.
