A Preliminary Discussion on the Lignoacetic Liquid-Its Development and Utilization

Lignoacetic liquid is a compound containing many substances,with acetic acid as the main,many components of which have biological activity.Lignoacetic liquid is valuable in many ways.The paper describes the physical and chemical properties of the liquid,and the methods of production such as distillation,stationary settling,filtration and distribution,focusing on the technological process and research results of lignoacetic liquid improved by Japan in recent decade,and the Japanese experience in preparing using it as materials in preparing tree of farm crop growth regulators.In China it has not recieved much attention,only a few research units and factories set about studying it.The author believes that the lignoacetic liquid in China has a bright prospect for development,and the industry producing it can surely achieve high returns.The authority of forest departments should not deem it unimportant.
