摘    要:铜可促进畜禽生长发育和提高饲料转化率,尤其对仔猪效果明显,养殖中添加高铜较为普遍.但90%的铜会随着动物粪尿排出,过量添加铜不仅会造成动物应激和中毒反应、资源浪费,还会导致铜过量排放在土壤和水源中并蓄积,从而危害动植物健康.近年来,减少粪尿污染排放与发展生态养殖业逐渐被人们提倡,新版《饲料添加剂安全使用规范》颁布并限制...

Abstract:Copper can promote the growth of livestock and improve the feed conversion rate, especially for piglets, and it is common to add high copper in breeding. However, 90% of copper will be excreted with animal feces and urine. Excessive addition of copper will not only cause animal stress and poisoning, waste of resources, but also lead to the accumulation of copper in soil and water sources, thus endangering the health of animals and plants. In recent years, the reduction of fecal and urine pollution and the development of ecological aquaculture have been gradually advocated, and the new edition of “the Standard of Safe Use of Feed Additives”(Agriculture Ministry Notice 2562, China) has been promulgated and limited the addition of copper. This paper mainly reviewed the growth-promoting mechanism, limited standard, feed copper addition and emission, emission reduction and treatment, especially the technology of microbial transformation and utilization of copper, in order to provide references for the treatment of fecal copper pollution in animal husbandry production.
