| Abstract: | With the rapid development of aquaculture in China,Artemia franciscana,which originated in the United States,has been introduced to the Bohai Bay area of China.In order to study the changes of genomic genetic diversity of Artemia franciscana since it was introduced into China,COI mitochondrial molecular marker was used to evaluate the genetic diversity of Artemia franciscana colonized in Nanbao Town,Caofeidian,Tangshan(Bohai Bay,Hebei Province).It was found that compared with Artemia franciscana population in Great Salt Lake and San Francisco Bay,Artemia franciscana in Nanpu showed rich genetic diversity.Moreover,there was significant genetic differentiation between Artemia franciscana in Nanpu and American native population(Great Salt Lake and San Francisco Bay population),indicating that Artemia franciscana in Nanpu was indirectly introduced from American Great Salt Lake San Francisco Bay. |
