Abstract:In this study, five mutant lines of drosophila(e, dp, vg, w, y) were used for 5×5 complete diallel cross, and the binary hybrid offspring were denoted as F1, and they were ee, edp, evg, ew, ey and other cross combinations. With the weight of the corresponding pure line parents and the binary hybrid offspring F1, calculate the heterosis of body weight of F1 and filter out the combination of the high heterosis(y♂vg♀, dp♂w♀, ♂w♀e) and the low hybrid combination(vg♂dp♀, dp♂y♀,♂w♀dp). 2524 differential expression genes were selected by RNA-sequencing by the data of the high hybrid advantage combination and the low hybrid advantage combination, using GO and KEGG to analyze the function and pathway of the different expression genes to explore their mechanism, and thus provide further research background for the theoretical basis of the hybrid advantage and the result showed that glucose metabolic pathways, lipid metabolic pathways, glutathione and ascorbic acid metabolic pathways were significantly enriched. The formation of high heterosis was closely related to the gene function and pathways of sugar metabolism, oxidation reduction and oxidation resistance.
