摘 要: | 为了解福州市销售的生食蔬菜中沙门氏菌的污染状况,初步确定污染沙门氏菌的高危生食蔬菜种类,本研究按照GB/T 4789.1-2008规定的方法采集福州市4家综合型超市的生食蔬菜样品48份,使用选择性培养基分离沙门氏菌,采用PCR技术对疑似沙门氏菌菌落进行鉴定。结果发现4大类生食蔬菜中,生菜被沙门氏菌污染的状况最为严重,阳性检出率16.7%,而其余3大类生食蔬菜中均未检出沙门氏菌污染。从结果可得出,福州市销售的生菜已在一定程度上受到沙门氏菌污染。

Salmonella Contamination of Raw Vegetables in Fuzhou |

Abstract: | The contamination of Salmonella in raw vegetables in the city of Fuzhou was studied to determine the status and identify the high risk vegetable (s) on the market .Forty‐eight various kinds of raw vegetables were sampled following the GB/T 4789.1‐2008 procedure at 4 local supermarkets in the city .Bacteria from the samples were isolated using the selective media and further identified by PCR . It was shown that , in 4 categories of vegetables ,16.7% Lactuca sativa were tested positive ,while the other 3 were not found with the salmonella contamination . |
