莲雾果皮花色素提取条件研究

摘    要:以紫红莲雾果皮为试验材料,采用单因素试验及正交试验研究提取液种类、乙醇浓度、超声波功率提取时间、提取温度、料液比及提取次数对莲雾果皮花色素提取效果的影响。结果表明:各因素对提取效果的影响由强到弱依次为乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间,较适宜的提取条件为:以2.5%柠檬酸-无水乙醇为提取液,料液比为1∶50,50℃中浸提40min。

Extraction of Anthocyanidin from Wax-apple Peels
Abstract:Effect of solvent ,ethanol concentration ,time duration ,temperature ,substrate‐solvent ratio ,and number of repeated extractions on the ahthocyanidin extraction from the peels of Zihong wax‐apple was studied by the single factor and orthogonal test . The result showed that the extraction efficiency decreased in the order of ethanol concentration ,substrate‐solvent ratio ,temperature ,and time duration .The optimized extraction was achieve by using one part substrate to 50 parts of 2.5% citric acid anhydrous ethanol at 50℃for 40 min .
