摘    要:本研究提出了一种提取植物种子DNA的快速、简便、有效的新方法。基本过程包括选取饱满植物种子3-5粒并研成细粉.用提取缓冲液提取、离心分离、异丙醇沉淀、TE缓冲液保存得到的DNA。结果表明:所获得的DNA浓度和质量均较高.经扩增与琼脂糖凝胶电泳后得到了非常清晰的DNA谱带,特别适合序列特征扩增区段(Sequence-Characterize Amplified Region,SCAR)检测。

Abstract:This paper presented a simple, fast and efficient protocol for DNA extraction from plant seeds. The main procedures included selecting 3 to 5 full seeds and grinding them into fine flour, then the DNA was extracted with extraction buffer, separated using centrifuge, deposited with isopropyl alcohol and finally kept with TE buffer. It was indicated that the resultant DNA was so satisfied that the amplicon bands in the agarose gel were very clear and very suitable for SCAR.
