乡村振兴视角下基层治理结构探究

三农问题始终是关系国计民生的根本性问题,十九大报告中提出的乡村振兴战略从生产、生活、生态、文化等多重角度构建了我国现代化治理格局,本文基于乡村治理研究和村民基层自治的基本结构和发展模式,对我国乡村振兴战略进行深入分析,并对现代治理框架和政策体系进行梳理,以期在乡村振兴战略的实施过程中提供创新性思路和可行性建议。

On the governance structure of grass roots from the perspective of Rural Revitalization

Based on the research of rural governance and the basic structure and development mode of villagers" grass-roots autonomy, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China and analyzes the modern strategy The governance framework and policy system are sorted out in order to provide innovative ideas and feasible suggestions in the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
