摘    要:根据新疆区域自然特点和耕地资源卫星遥感调查类型划分的科学性和实用性,从宏观及其遥感与GIS技术方法在耕地资源调查中的实际可操作性的角度出发,建立新疆耕地资源分类体系(包括分类原则、依据、指标及解译标志)。进而划分新疆耕地资源类型,为进行新疆耕地资源遥感调查以及建立耕地资源信息数据库服务。

Abstract:Based on the regional natural features and the scientific and practical classification of the cultivated land resources investigated by satellite remote sensing and combined the technology of geographical information system (GIS), in this paper the classification system of the cultivated land resources in Xinjiang is developed. The classification system includes the principles, bases, indexes, interpretive marks and codes of classification. It is developed on the basis of the multi-discipline synthetic analysis, so it is scientific and practical and has a high reliability. The classification system is also developed on the basis of the characteristics of the agricultural eco-environment in Xinjiang and of the practical maneuverability of the combination of remote sensing with GIS in the investigation of the cultivated land resources. It can reflect the basic conditions of the various factors, such as soils, fertilize, water and sunshine resources, mesoyeild and low-yield lands, and wastelands suiting for cultivation. The classification system can be used for dynamically monitoring the cultivated land resources and the desertification, and also can provide the basis for developing the database of the cultivated land resources.
