早熟、优质砂梨新品种‘早生新水’

摘    要: ‘早生新水’是‘新水’的实生后代。在上海地区7月中下旬成熟, 果实扁圆形, 果皮浅黄褐色。平均单果质量140~217 g, 最大单果质量达450 g以上。果肉脆嫩, 几乎无石细胞, 汁液极其丰富,可溶性固形物可达到12%~14%。

Abstract:'Zaosheng Xinshui',a new early maturity and high-quality new variety of Asian pear(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai),is a seedling of'Xinshui'.'Zaosheng Xinshui'matures from middle to late July in Shanghai.The fruit is flat-round and weak yellowish-brown in skin colour.The average fruit mass is 140-217 g,the largest is more than 450 g.The flesh is crisp,nearly no stone cell,abundance juice and soluble solid concentration is 12%-14%.
