| 摘 要： | 根据GenBank中猪圆环病毒(PCV)的基因序列,设计并合成了1条引物,建立聚合酶链反应限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析(PCR RFLP)方法,对PK-15细胞、IBRS 2细胞以及疑似猪断奶后多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)、猪皮炎肾炎综合征(PDNS)的病料进行了PCV检测,以及血清型的鉴定。结果表明:IBRS 2细胞和1个PMWS病料检测出PCV 1的基因片段,1个PMWS病料和1个PDNS病料检测出PCV 2基因片段。证明应用PCR RFLP快速检测PCV是可行的,为PCV的检测、分型以及PCV相关疾病的诊断奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | According to the GenBank published sequence of Porcine Circovirus,two primes were designed in order to amplify the special genes of PCV1 and PCV2 and constructed PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCRRFLP).IBRS2 cells and one of two PMWS samples were detected PCV1,other PMWS samples and one PDNS sample were detected PCV-2.So this method can distinguish PCV1 and PCV2. |
