金牡丹自然杂交后代遗传差异分析

摘    要:利用EST-SSR对茶树品种铁观音、黄棪、金牡丹及其自然杂交后代,进行初步遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。14对EST-SSR标记共检测到等位位点62个,平均检测到4.43个,Shannon信息指数1.22,Simpson指数0.70。在相似系数0.73时,金牡丹自然杂交后代可分为4组。结果表明,第I组与铁观音亲缘关系最近,第II组与金牡丹亲缘关系最近,第II组组内遗传多样性较高;4个组间在树幅、叶片长、叶片宽等性状上达到显著性差异,每组在性状上都具有一定的群体特征。

Abstract:Genetic diversity and relationship among Camellia sinensis "Tie guanyin", "Huangdan", and "Jinmudan" and its natural hybrid prodenies, were researched with EST-ESSR markers. Using 14 EST-SSR primers, 62 alleles were generated and its average value was 4.43(ranged between 1 and 7). The Shannon's information index and Simpson index were 0.485 and 0.70 respectively. According to the similarity coefficient at 0.73, the natural hybrid progenies of Jinmudan could be clustered into 4 groups. From the results, Group I was a close relative of Tie guanyin. Group II was close related to Jinmudan and expressed the high genetic variation. There were significant differences in tree width, leaf length and leaf width among 4 group progenies of Jinmudan, furthermore, each group possessed a certain group characteristics.
