杉木成年优良无性系的不定芽增殖研究

摘    要:以杉木成年优良无性系的无菌组培苗为外植体,研究激素、活性炭等对不定芽增殖的影响,在此基础上探讨接种方式对杉木增殖效率的影响.研究表明:6-BA浓度为1.5 mg· L-1时能有效促进不定芽增殖,但继续添加则起抑制作用,并容易引起玻璃化;去除顶端优势的接种方式能将不定芽的增殖效率提高一倍多;不同的基因型间平均不定芽数相差1;BA、KT、NAA的组合使用较单一激素使用有利于不定芽的伸长,适量的活性炭有利于杉木不定芽的伸长生长.
