| 摘 要： | 图书馆业务外包是一种新型图书馆管理方法,它自20世纪90年代后期引入我国以来,引起了图书馆界高度关注,许多学者从不同的角度、不同方面对图书馆业务外包进行探索.从1999年以来的文献统计表明,业务外包已成为图书馆界一个热点问题,也是图书馆发展的必然趋势.
