2BSSF-3型浅松间歇施水播种机的试验研究

摘    要:为满足干旱半干旱地区少耕免耕间歇施水播种的要求,设计了2BSSF-3型浅松间歇施水播种机,并对田间试验进行了分析.结果表明:每次施水的平均灌水量为197.6 g时,水沿沟流动量少;每次施水的平均灌水量为387 g时,水沿沟流动量较大,且相邻水湿润区相接现象较严重,但种子下部水入渗深度明显增加.在两种灌水量条件下的试验结果为:设计点播距离300 mm,机组速度0.59 m/s时,平均点播距297.4 mm,合格率94.7%;平均每次点播粒数1.89,合格率97.2%,重播指数1.82%,漏播指数2.19%.机组速度0.98 m/s时,平均点播距311.2 mm,合格率92.1%;平均每次点播粒数1.33,合格率95.9%,重播指数1.51%,漏播指数2.67%.种子离水湿润中心距离的平均值都小于设计值20 mm,合格率96%;种水同位率99.7%.各项指标均满足农艺和设计要求.

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of watering sowing intermittently in stubble field without tillage or in field with surface tillage in arid and semi-arid regions,the 2BSSF-3 type surface tillage and irrigating machine was designed.The field test results were analyzed.The results show that when the average irrigating water is 197.6 g every time,the flowing amount of water along ditches is very little.The flowing amount of water along ditches is relatively greater when the average irrigating is 387 g every time,and the border of wet section had joined,but the deepness of water seeping under seeds increased obviously.The test results under two different conditions of water-irrigation amount show that when the irrigating-sowing machine working at the speed of 0.59 m/s,and the designed distance between seeds is 297.4 mm,the average distance between seeds is 297.4 mm,the eligible rate is 94.7%;the average number of seeds every time is 1.89,the eligible rate is 97.2%,the re-sowing index is 1.82%,and the no-sowing index is 2.19%.When the irrigating-sowing machine working at the speed of 0.98 m/s,and the average distance between seeds is 311.2 mm,the eligible rate is 92.1%;the average number of seeds every time is 1.33,the eligible rate is 95.9%,the re-sowing index is 1.51%,and the no-sowing index is 2.67%.The sowing deepness can meet the demand of design;the average distance between seeds and the center of wet soil is all less than the designed number 20 mm,the eligible rate is 96%,and the apposition rate of water and seed is 99.7%.Every index can meet the demand of agronomy and design.
