摘    要:文章通过对农业科技管理的流程分析和需求调研,基于J2EE体系标准、MVC模式和统一门户技术等,研发适用于大中型农业科研院所的科技管理全程信息化体系,该体系是由项目管理、经费管理、在研辅助、成果管理和业绩管理等一系列相对独立又紧密相关的应用系统组成,面向不同用户角色提供一个高效、快速、集成化的信息处理平台,实现了院所信息共享、实时查询统计和多部门业务的协调合作,经实践应用效果显著。

Abstract:With the general and particular analysis of the flow and demand, the science and technology management information system was developed for the integrated agricultural research institutes, based on J2EE standard, MVC method and unified portal service technologies. The system consists of several interrelated subsystems, such as the program management, finance management, aid in study process, and achievement estimate subsystems. It provides different users an effective, efficient and integrated information processing platform, and provides different departments the service of information share, fast-query, search and statistic. It is of great benefit to Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences with its comprehensive application.
