摘    要:用长白、雅南、内江等猪种及其杂交种,采用放射免疫法和聚丙稀酰胺凝胶电泳研究了在不同生长发育时期的血液甲状腺激素、乳酸脱氢酶和酯酶同工酶的遗传特性以及它们与日增重和胴体性状的关系。结果表明:(1) 血液生化性状的遗传表达随生长发育时期而变化,而且品种组合间存在一定差异;(2) 同工酶的定量分析较定性分析更能反映同工酶基因功能表达与“终结性状”的关系;(3)血液生化性状与日增重和胴体性状的关系在不同生长时期表现不同。根据研究结果提出了对瘦肉率及日增重进行选择的最优回归方程,并建议在猪育种中应用。

Abstract:Genetic analysis of thyoid hormones and isozymes of serum from pigs, by the methods of RIA and PAGE, at different growing and development stages was conducted. It involved in Landrace, Neijang, Yanan etc. breeds and their crossbreeds. Results showed that the genetic expression of those biochemical components fluctuated among growing and development stages; dissimilarity of the genetic expression of these traits exsited among the breeds and their hybrids; and that quantitative analysis was better than qualitative analysis on the aspect of clarifying the relationship between isozymes and "final traits". Results also showed that the relation between those biochemical constitunents and ADG and carcass traits varied at different growing and development stages.According to the results, such best regression equations as to Lean percentage and ADG were put forward, application of these equations to pswine breeding was suggested.
