水分胁迫下小麦幼苗可溶性低聚糖特征表现与抗旱性关系初探

摘    要:以6个不同抗旱性冬小麦品种为材料,研究水分胁迫对幼苗体内可溶性糖组分和含量的影响。用PEG6000水溶液模拟水分胁迫条件,HPLC测定可溶性糖组分和含量。结果表明,小麦幼苗含有可溶性低聚糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖和果糖等,可溶性低聚糖是其中主成分。水分胁迫下各糖组分含量均增加,其可溶性低聚糖含量呈规律变化,抗旱性强的小麦品种,可溶性低聚糖含量增加与胁迫时间呈正相关。可溶性低聚糖可能是小麦幼苗阶段主要的糖类渗透调节物质。

Abstract:The influence of water stress on soluble sugar and their composition in theirseedlings was studied using 6 wheat cuItivars with different drought resistance. Wheatseedlings were treated with PEG 6000,composition and content of the soluble sugar were anal-ysed with HPLC. The results indicated that wheat seedlings contained saccharose,glucose,fructose,mannose and polyaccharide. The soluble polyaccharide was main component part in to-tal sugar.The soluble sugar was increased under water stress. The soluble polyaccharide wasmarkedly changed with the stress time,the greater the correlation,the stronger drought resis-tance, It may be primary osmoregulation matter in wheat seedlings.
