| 摘 要： | 利用从猪脑组织中提取的三种磷脂(PC、SPL、PE),添加到标准基础饲料中饲喂小鼠,21天后进行密闭缺氧实验和游泳抗疲劳实验,结果显示:三种磷脂均可明显延长小鼠存活时间和持续、力竭游泳时间,但以三种磷脂的混合使用效果最好。从而表明磷脂可有效提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力和抗疲劳能力。

| Abstract: | The mice were fed the feed of contain three kinds of phosphatidesfor 21 days,to study the effect of the phosphatideson the endurance capacity of mice.The results indicated that three kinds of phosphatidescould significally prolong the time of survival,the combining using effect of three kinds of phosphatide was the best.It can raise the ability of hyproxia tolerance and fatigue endurance in normal mice. |
