摘    要:充量系数是表征换气过程进行完善程度的一个极为重要的参数,是衡量发动机性能的重要指标。本文利用五气分析仪进行排放测量得到的过量空气系数值计算进气量,并与碳平衡法计算比较对结果进行修正,给出了一种柴油机充量系数的测量和计算方法。对影响测量精度的因素进行了分析,并用本文所提出的充量系数测量方法对一单缸柴油机的气缸盖改进进行了分析,结果表明这种方法能满足工程应用要求,使用方便,可作为柴油机性能研究的一种工具。

Abstract:Volumetric efficiency is a very important parameter to test whether the engine has a good process of air exchange,it's also an important guide line to scale the engine performance.From the co-efficiency of excessive air shown on five-gas analysis meter,the quality of intake air is calculated,after compared with carbon-balance method and it is mended,a way to test and calculate volumetric efficiency is deduced.The parameters which may affect precision are analysed,also by using the method produced in this article,the improvement of cylinder head in an single-cylinder diesel engine is analysed,the result shows the method can fit engineering requests,it's convenience and can be used as a tool to study the performance of diesel engine.
