甘蔗渣产单细胞蛋白优良菌株筛选的研究

摘    要:利用微生物单一培养和混合培养技术,以甘蔗渣为唯一碳源,对酿造酵母、产黄青霉、黑根霉、毛霉和黑曲霉进行不同组合的培养,结果表明,酿造酵母和黑根霉这一组合在甘蔗渣为5.0%,培养96h条件下,其发酵干产物产粗蛋白含量可达224g/kg。

Abstract:The production of single cell protein was studied by using bagasse as sole carbon source.Five micro-organisms(Rhizopus nigricans;Aspergillus niger;Penicillium chrysogenum;Mucor;Sacchromuces cevevisiae) was cultured separately or mixedly.The result shows that the yield of the crude protein in mixed culture is higher than that in separately culture.When using 5.0% bagasse as substrate,the yield of the crude protein is highest with 224g/kg.
