稻瘟病菌产孢条件的研究

摘    要:1986~87年采用17种培养基和2种光照处理对41个稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae Cav.)菌株进行产孢培养条件的研究。结果表明以玉米粉稻秆琼脂培养基最适宜于稻瘟病菌孢子的产生,其次为稻叶马铃薯琼脂培养基、稻秆琼脂培养基和燕麦片琼脂培养基。光照条件以波长310~420nm的蓝黑光连续照射能显著地促进稻瘟病菌分生孢子的产生。

Abstract:Effects of media and light irradiation on sporulation of Pyricularia oryzae were studied during 1980-1987. The results indicated that cornmdal and rice straw decoction agar medium was the best medium for sporulation of blast fungus. In addition, rice leaf and potato decoction agar medium, rice straw decotion agar medium and oatmeal agar medium were better than others. Continuous irradiation with BLB ( Black Light Blue, 310-420nm) increased sporulation markedly.
