摘    要:建立反相高效液相色谱-光电二极管阵列检测器法测定了不同品质栀子生品中栀子苷的含量。采用Nucleodur C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(22∶78,体积比)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长240 nm,柱温28℃。栀子苷在0.80~7.20μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 98),加样回收率为99.3%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于栀子生品的质量控制。

Abstract:HPLC method coupled with photodiode array detection(PAD) for the determination of geniposide in Fructus Gardeniae of different quality was established.The separation was achieved on a Nucleodur C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)at 28?℃ through the application of the methanol-water(22∶78)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and 240 nm as the detection wavelength.Geniposide showed good relationship at the range of 0.80~7.20 μg(r=0.999?98).The recovery was 99.3 %.The proposed method was simple,rapid and accurate and promised to be applicable for the quality control of Fructus Gardeniae.
