摘    要:为揭示组培因子对草莓微繁殖苗植物学性状的影响,以草莓品种"丰香"为试材,研究了组培因子导致草莓微繁殖苗植物学性状的表现变化。结果表明:在生长季的大部分时间里,草莓微繁殖苗的株高、叶柄长和冠径,均比普通苗要小。在果实成熟期后,普通苗株高呈明显下降趋势。草莓微繁殖苗整个生长期中的4个主要物候期要比普通苗早2~3 d。而茎尖分化出的微繁殖苗的叶面积和植株冠径都要大于不定芽分化出的微繁殖苗。叶片再生植株移栽后的生长情况因不同品种而异。再生植株的生长势较差,在叶面积、叶柄长、株高和植株冠径上,都要低于正常继代培养的微繁殖苗。继代次数不同的微繁殖苗移栽到温室后,在植物学性状上表现出差异,表现为:继代8次的微繁殖苗>继代6次>继代10次>继代4次。这说明草莓的继代次数要限制在10以下才能满足生产上的要求,一般继代次数以5~10次为宜。

Abstract:To reveal the influence of tissue factors on botanical characteristics of micro-propagation for strawberry seedlings,taking Fengxiang(strawberry varieties) as test material,performance changes of botanical characteristics of micro-propagation for strawberry seedlings by tissue factors were studied.Result shows that: in most of the time in the growing season,plant height,petiole length crown diameter of strawberry micro-propagation seedlings are all smaller than that of normal seedlings.After fruit maturity,height of normal seedlings shows a trend of decline.Four main phenological phases of strawberry micro-propagation seedlings throughout the growing season are as early as 2-3 d than that of ordinary seedlings.Leaf area plant crown diameter of micro-propagation seedlings differentiated by shoot-tip are all greater than the micro-propagation seedlings differentiated by adventitious buds;growth of regeneration plant of leaf after transplanting varies due to different species.The growth potential of regeneration plant is poor;leaf area,petiole length,plant height crown diameter of regeneration plant are lower than that of normal subculture micro-propagation seedlings.Micro-propagation seedlings with different numbers of subculture show differences in botanical characters after being transplanted to the greenhouse.It shows that: eight times of subculture micro-propagation seedlings subculture 6 subculture 10 subculture 4.This shows that subculture of strawberry being 10 can meet production requirements;the subculture number being 5-10 times is optimal.
