玉米单倍体育性自然恢复的初步研究

摘    要:利用孤雌生殖诱导系高诱一号与不同基因型的母本材料杂交,对获得的单倍体雌雄穗育性的自然恢复情况进行调查。结果表明:单倍体雌穗育性自然恢复率高达90.52%,而雄穗的自然育性要低得多,且不同基因型材料间存在很大差异,散粉株率低的仅为3.03%,最高的达50.00%。因此,雄穗的育性问题是单倍体自交结实的限制因素。

Abstract:Using parthenogentic inducing line as pollinater,the studies on the inducing haploids from different genotype female materials was carried out.The natural fertility of ear and inflorescence of the induced haploid was observed.Although 90.52% of haploid ears were fertile,the fertileness of the tassel were low,and pollen shedding ability was different between genotypes.The lowest shedding rate was 3.03%,while the highest reached as high as 50.00%.So the ability of the haploid seed-setting by self-pollination was restricted by the fertileness of tassel.
