基于产学研模式下风景园林专业硕士研究生的培养

为探索风景园林专业研究生产学研的培养模式,以聊城大学风景园林专业硕士研究生的培养为例,进行了产学研培养模式的探索.结果表明：风景园林专业研究生在开展产学研培养模式后取得了较好的效果;同时也存在诸如教职工积极性不高、合作单位单一、合作内容不够深入等问题;在分析其原因的基础上,提出做好思想工作以增加积极性和加大政府鼓励政策等建议.

Cultivation of Graduate Students Majored in Landscape Architecture Based on Integration of Industry-University-Research

Taking cultivation of graduate students majored in Landscape Architecture in Liaocheng University as an example,the industry-university-research mode was explored.The results showed that the graduate students achieve good results in industry-university-research cultivation mode ; There are also some problems,such as the staff enthusiasm is not high,cooperation unit is single,cooperation content is not deep enough; On the basis of analyzing the reasons,suggestions were put forward,such as to do ideological work to increase enthusiasm and increase government incentives.
