摘    要:以3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的水牛为实验动物,用尼龙袋法测定不同加工方法的饼粕,常用能量饲料和副产品的蛋白质瘤胃降解率及降解规律,结果表明,加工方法不同的饼粕,蛋白质降解率不同,热榨可以降低饼粕蛋白质的瘤胃降解率,所测饲料中以麸皮和棉籽饼的蛋白质降解率最高,分别为75.28%和61.29%;玉米蛋白粉和芝麻饼最低,分别为30.19%和29.04%,其它饲料的蛋白质降解率分别为:豆饼45.9%,豆粕55

Abstract:Three buffaloes fitted permanent rumen fistula were selected to estimate the protein degradation of some grains, oil cakes processed by different methods and by products using the nylon bag technique. The results showed that protein degradation of oil cakes of different processing methods was different. Heat extrusion decreased the protein degradability. The degradabilities of oil cake protein were 45.90% for extruded soybean cake, 55.04% for soybean meal(sob), 48.19% for cottonseed meal(sol), 61.29% for cottonseed cake with shell, 29.04% for extruded sesame cake, 42.30% for sesame meal(sol) and 44.34% for rapeseed meal(sol). The protein degradabilities of grains and by products were 44.95% for corn, 58.59% for barley, 75.28% for wheat bran and 30.17% for corn gluten meal.
