| Abstract: | Village renovation is the core in building new socialist countrysides.In order to enhance management,raise efficiency and achieve the goal on the concrete practice level,the idea of introducing project management to control the budget,strengthen the mechanism of appraisal and incentives,and gradually building a new management system which took project management as the main means and performance management as the goal were put forward. |
