| 摘 要： | 原花青素作为抗衰老药物的研究对象，一直备受关注。对原花青素与自由基的研究现状及其进展进行了概括，主要从自由基理论与原花青素抗衰老的能力这两方面加以阐述。着重阐述了原花青素的作用机理，总结了其高效清除自由基的能力和对抗氧化系统的影响，意在为开发新型的抗衰老药物开辟前景。

| Abstract: | Proanthocyanins have been concerned much as anti-aging medicines.In this paper,the current research situation and development of proanthocyanidins and free-radicals were summarized focused on freeradical theory and the ability of anti-aging of proanthocyanidins.The mechomism of proanthocyanidins and the capabitity of free radical scavenging and anti-oxidantion,intending to open up the development prospects of new anti-aging drug. |
