摘    要:研究了粉剂(DP)和水剂(AS)尿素酶抑制剂对土壤中尿素水解和大豆生长的影响。结果表明,两种不同剂型的尿素酶抑制剂对尿素酶活性和尿素水解均有显著的抑制作用,对大豆根系活力有促进作用,并随着尿素酶抑制剂施用浓度的增加而增强。在试验浓度范围内,未发现尿素酶抑制剂对大豆株高有明显的不利影响。粉剂和水剂尿素酶抑制剂对尿素酶活性的抑制作用和对大豆根系活力的影响无明显差异。

Abstract:The effects of 2 kinds of urease inhibitors, water soluble (AS) and dry power (DP), on soybean growth and soil urea hydrolysis were studied in the paper. The results showed that both forms of urease inhibitors had obvious inhibition effects on the urease activity and urea hydrolysis of soil, and improved the soybean root vigor. The inhibition effects enhanced with the increase of inhibitor concentration. It was found that urease inhibitors had no side effect on soybean seedling height, and there was no obvious difference between the two forms of urease inhibitors.
