两种铬源对肉仔鸡胴体性能影响的研究

选用264只1日龄体重均一、健康的艾维茵肉仔鸡,随机分成11组,每组设3个重复。试验期分别喂11种不同饲粮:1组为对照组,喂基础日粮;2-6组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5 mg/kg,1 mg/kg,1.5 mg/kg,2 mg/kg,2.5 mg/kg铬(CrPi形式);7-11组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5 mg/kg,1 mg/kg,1.5 mg/kg,2 mg/kg,2.5 mg/kg铬(CrCl3形式)。结果表明,日粮中添加1 mg/kg铬(CrPi形式)或1.5-2 mg/kg铬(CrCl3形式)均能明显改善肉仔鸡的胴体性能,提高屠宰率和胸肌率、腿肌率,降低腹脂率(P<0.05)。

Effects of Chromium Picolinate on Carcass Composition of Broilers

This study investigated the effects of dietary supplementation with chromium picolinate(CrPi) or chromium chloride(CrCl3) on carcass composition of broilers.264 broilers of 1-dayold with equal weight were assigned randomly to 11 groups with 3 replicates.The control group were only feed basic ration,5 groups were feed basic ration supplementing with 0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5mg/kg of chromium as CrPi,respectively,and the other groups feed basic ration supplementing with 0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5mg/kg of chromium as CrCl3 respectively. The results showed that dietary supplements of 1mg/kg of chromium as CrPi or 1.5-2mg/kg chromium as CrCl3 in broiler diets obviously improved carcass composition by increasing the dressing percentage,chest muscle ratio,leg muscle ratio and decreasing abdomen fat rate(P<0.05).
