野生大豆种子最佳发芽条件研究

摘    要:采用冷冻处理、浓硫酸处理、温汤处理等方法,对成熟度一致的野生大豆种子进行处理,并测定其发芽势、发芽指数、SOD和POD酶活力,可溶性蛋白含量等。结果表明:经过浓硫酸处理的种子各项指标均远高于不经任何处理的对照。温汤处理仅次于浓硫酸处理,冷冻处理的效果稍高于对照,超声波处理、50℃超干处理对野生大豆种子的萌发影响不显著。

Abstract:Wild soybean seeds were treated by low temperature freezing, dense sulfuric acid,hot water and other methods,respectively,to study the differences in germination potential,vigor index,SOD and POD activity,and soluble protein content.The results showed that the all indexes in dense sulfuric acid treatment were the highest,and the second came hot water treatment;Low temperature freezing gave no significant difference compared with the contrast.The effects of ultrasonic and 50℃ ultra-dry on the germination of wild soybean were not notable.
