摘    要:研究了UV-B辐射与模拟酸雨单一因子和复合处理对小白菜和生菜幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,在胁迫处理下,小白菜和生菜的幼苗生长指标和生理特性指标均比对照有所变化,表现为株高、叶面积、单株叶片数、根长、根鲜重、地上生物量、蒸腾速率、叶绿素等下降,而且随着紫外辐射强度增大、酸雨pH降低,降幅增大。紫外辐射表现出的影响比酸雨更大一些,而且复合胁迫比单一因子的作用更明显。而类黄酮和叶膜透性有增大趋势,紫外辐射强度增大、酸雨pH降低,增幅变大,而且复合胁迫比单一因子的作用更明显,可能是作物对环境变化产生的抗逆性和一定的适应性。小白菜与生菜相比,生菜对外界环境变化的抗性要大。

Abstract:The interactive effects of enhanced UV-B radiation and acid rain on the seedling growth of little cabbage and lettuce were investigated. The results showed that the growth and physiological traits both little cabbage and lettuce were different under different stress treatments, the enhanced UV-B radiation and acid rain resulted in reduction of seedling height, leaf number, leaf area, aboveground and underground biomass, the chlorophyll content and transpiration in leaf. The effects of the UV-B were more than those of acid rain. The decreasing degrees under combined stress were significantly higher than under single factor stress. At the same time, the relative leakage ration and flavonoid content of the leaves increased under the stress and the increasing degrees under combined stress were significantly higher than under single stress. Lettuce was more tolerant to the stress than pakchoi.
