茶树内生真菌的种类及分布

对豫南地区茶树内生真菌的种类及分布进行了初步研究。结果表明,该区茶树内生真菌种类丰富,有7科15属18种,这些真菌由子囊菌与半知菌构成,未发现担子菌与接合菌种类。在这些真菌中,Colletotrichum,Pestalotiopsis sp.1,Phomopsis sp.,Macrophoma sp.1等4种真菌分布普遍,且分离率高,为茶树优势内生真菌。研究还表明,不同茶园茶树内生真菌的群落结构不同,这与茶园的生态环境密切相关;不同的茶树器官,其内生真菌的种类也不同,叶片内生真菌种类最多,未发现种子有内生真菌存在;茶树同一器官不同组织的内生真菌种类不同。

The Species and Distribution of Endophytic Fungi in Tea Trees

The species and distribution of endophytic fungi in tea trees were studied in southern Henan province. The result showed that the species of endophytic fungi in tea trees was abundant in this area, and a total of 18 species of 15 genera in 7 families were found. Among them, Colletotrichum sp.,Pestalotiopsis sp.1,Phomopsis sp.and Macrophoma sp.1 were the predominant fungi.The fungi were composed of Ascomycetes and imperfect fungi, but on Zygomycetes and Basidiomycetes were found. The community of endophytic fungi in tea plants had close relation to the tea plantation environment, and there were different endophytic fungi in different tea organs. There were more endophytic fungi in tea leaves than in other organs and no endophytic fungi was found in seeds. Moreover, the species of endophytic fungi was also different in different tissues of the same organ.
