Cd2+胁迫对蚕豆抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量的影响

摘    要:采用水培方法,研究了不同浓度的Cd2+处理对蚕豆叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:在Cd2+胁迫浓度为0~50mg/L条件下,POD及CAT活性随着胁迫浓度的提高而升高,当Cd2+浓度继续升高时,其活性呈现逐渐降低的趋势。SOD活性随着Cd2+胁迫浓度的提高也不断升高,当Cd2+浓度达到80mg/L时,其活性达到最高,随着Cd2+浓度继续升高,其活性逐渐降低。MDA含量随着Cd2+浓度逐渐提高呈不断升高的趋势。

Abstract:A hydroponic experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of Cd 2 on antioxidant enzyme activity and content of MDA of Horsebean.The results showed that when Cd 2 concentration was 0mg/L,5mg/L,10mg/L,20mg/L,30mg/L and 50mg/L,the activity of POD and CAT increased with Cd 2 increment, while when Cd 2 concentration was over 50mg/L, the activity of POD and CAT decreased.The SOD activity increased with Cd 2 increment up to 80mg/L and MDA content continuously increased with increment of Cd 2 content.
