低功率氦氖激光加血卟啉衍生物对动物移植肿瘤的疗效观察

用血卟啉衍生物结合氦氖激光,治疗小鼠S180纤维肉瘤。其显效率高达74.51％,肿瘤消失率达64.71％;在治疗后第13、19天,肿瘤的平均重量和体积分别与治疗前比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);当激光剂量不变时,随着血卟啉衍生物用量增加,其疗效增加。

EFFECT OF He-Ne LASER PLUS HpD ON S180 FIBROSARCOMA

Sl80 fibrosarcoma of mice was inoculated into the subcutaneous space on the right axilla of the mouse. 8 days later, HpD was injected.And then the tumour surface was radiated with He-Ne laser(15mw). The results: 1 ) The S180 fibrosarcoma were reduced or went out of existence with He-Ne laser plus 10-40mg/kg HpD. When the dosage of laser fixs, the effect of photodynamic therapy ( PDT ) increases followed by the increase of HpD dosage; 2)With the improved treatment procedure ( injected with 40 mg/kg HpD, radiated with He-Ne laser 60 minutes once a day for 3 days altogether ) to treat the fibrosarcoma, the effect rate got 74.51% ( 76/102 ) ,and 66 of 102 mice with this kind of tumour were cured ( 64.71% ) during 19 days after the treatment.
