| Abstract: | Citrus pericarp is a good forage resource which is rich and abundant in nutrients and functional materials.It can be produced and processed protein feeds and additives as growth promoters,enzymes,acidifiers,colorants,antioxidants,mold inhibitors,sweeteners and so on.In this paper,the nutrient composition,the research and application on forage reusing of citrus pericarp are reviewed. |
