施氮量对杂交水稻D优3138干物质转运与稻米品质的影响

摘    要:D优3138是信阳市农业科学院2014年选育成功的优质高产三系杂交籼稻组合,为充分发挥其高产、优质特性,促进其在生产上的推广应用,实现杂交水稻生产上的新老品种更替。研究不同施氮量(120kg/hm~2、180kg/hm~2和240kg/hm~2)对D优3138干物质的积累、运转及稻米品质的影响。结果表明:相同生育时期的叶面积指数和叶绿素含量随施氮量的增加而增大;施氮量180~240kg/hm~2时,稻米加工品质、蒸煮品质和营养品质较高。兼顾水稻高产及品质优良的特点,豫南稻区种植D优3138适宜的施氮量为180~240kg/hm~2。

Abstract:D You 3138,a three-line hybrid indica combination with high quality and high yield,was successfully bred by Xinyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2014.The effects of different nitrogen levels (120 kg/hm2,180 kg/hm2and 240 kg/hm2)on dry matter accumulation,transportation and rice quality of D You 3138 to give full play to its advantages of high yield and high quality for promoting its popularization and application in rice production and to realize variety replacement in hybrid rice production.Results:The leaf area index and chlorophyll content of D You 3138 both increase with increase of nitrogen level at the same growth stage.The rice processing quality,cooking quality and nutritional quality of D You 3138 is higher when the nitrogen level is 180~240 kg/hm2.The suitable nitrogen level of D You 3138 is 180~240 kg/hm2 considering its feature of high yield and high quality in South Hunan rice area.
