手掌参化学成分及药理活性研究进展

手掌参为药食同源植物,具有补肾益精、理气止痛及生精壮阳的功效,多用于治疗肾寒,腰腿酸痛,亏精、易疲劳、久病体虚等病症,近年来在保健食品开发上已得到应用,极具开发潜力。为供手掌参的进一步开发研究应用参考,对手掌参的炮制、化学成分、药理活性及临床作用的研究进展进行综述。

Advances in Chemical Components and Pharmacological Activities of Gymnadenia conopsea

G.conopsea which is used as a kind of medicinal and edible plant, has the efficacy of recuperating kidney and benefiting essence of life, arrest pain and spermatogenic and strengthening yang.G.conopsea can be used for treatment of waist and leg pain, tired and weak, and so on.So it has a very potential research direction of health food products, recently.To provide references for further exploitation and application of G.conopsea, in this paper the research progress of G.conopsea was reviewed in preparation, chemical components, pharmacological activity and clinical function.
