摘    要:探明吡虫啉及三唑酮作为小麦种衣剂的合适用量,为小麦安全生产提供参考。以70、11、06156、周麦18和11穗136小麦品种(系)为材料,采用室内培养皿发芽试验研究不同浓度50%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂和25%三唑酮可湿性粉剂对小麦种子萌发的影响。结果表明:不同浓度50%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂和25%三唑酮可湿性粉剂对5个小麦品种(系)的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均存在不同程度影响。当50%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂和25%三唑酮可湿性粉剂的浓度分别为125.0mg/L和75.0mg/L时,5个小麦品种(系)的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均达最高,并对其种子萌发有明显促进作用,还可有效隔离病虫害,保证种子正常安全发芽,超过此浓度则小麦种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数降低。

Abstract:To explore the optimum application dosages of imidacloprid and triadimefon as wheat seed dressing,thus to provide references for wheat safety production.Taking five wheat strains (70,11,06156,zhoumai18 and 11sui136) as materials,an indoor germination test was conducted to study the effects of various concentrations of imidacloprid 50% wettable powder and triadimefon 25% wettable powder on seed germination.Results:Different concentrations of imidacloprid 50% wettable powder and triadimefon 25% wettable powder had different effects on germination rate,germination potential and germination index of the five different wheat strains compared with the control group.When the concentrations of imidacloprid 50% wettable powder and triadimefon 25% wettable powder were 125.0 mg/L and 75.0 mg/L,respectively,the security working concentration could significantly promote the germination rate,germination potential and germination index,effectively isolate plant diseases and insect pests,thus to ensure the safety of seed germination of wheat.Exceeding the security working concentration could decrease the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of wheat.
